Pascal Bornet positions himself as the premier pragmatic visionary of Agentic AI, bridging the gap between high-level executive strategy and the technical "builder" reality. His content strategy centers on the transition from "talking about AI" to "shipping AI," frequently critiquing the "consultant-heavy" approach of slide decks in favor of real-world application and foundational data quality. He is notable for his ability to translate complex technical shifts- such as the move from scripted robotics to adaptive systems- into economic and organizational power dynamics. By intersecting high-profile event coverage with deep-dive educational resources like Stanford curriculum shares, Bornet provides a unique value proposition that serves both the C-suite looking for ROI and the technical pioneer seeking structural transformation over incremental gains.

Everyone wants to be AI-first. Almost no one wants to fix the foundations. AI agents. LLMs. MCPs. A2A everywhere. Because that’s what everyone is talking about. CEOs push the “AI-first” narrative.…

There is an old Silicon Valley warning that the AI industry should probably take more seriously: “𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗚𝗜, 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼…

If you’re serious about AI, this is worth your attention. Stanford has just released its course CME 295: Transformers & Large Language Models in full on YouTube. What stands out to me is the level o…

The most dangerous thing in tech is a solution looking for a problem.
I see it every week. A leadership team gets excited about "Agentic AI" because they saw a flashy demo on X or LinkedIn.
They set a mandate: "We need agents by Q3."
Then they realize they don't have a clean data API.
Then they realize their teams don't actually want to automate their core tasks.
Then they realize they've spent $200k on a "digital employee" that can't even access a calendar.
This is the "Innovation Trap."
What stands out to me is that the most successful companies aren't starting with the AI. They are starting with the friction.
👉 The 4-hour manual data entry task.
👉 The 12-email chain just to approve a budget.
👉 The "tab-hopping" that kills productivity.
That is where the value lives.
Because here’s the thing... AI is just a booster. If you attach a rocket engine to a car with no wheels, you aren't going anywhere faster. You're just exploding more expensively.
If you stripped away all the "AI" buzzwords, what is the one process in your business that is actually broken?
