Pascal Bornet positions himself as the preeminent architect of the agentic era, bridging the gap between high-level AI strategy and the messy reality of enterprise implementation. His content strategy centers on the "Supervision Trap," moving beyond the hype of model intelligence to focus on the critical need for human-agent orchestration and integrated governance. Bornet is notable for his "Humics" philosophy, which champions human judgment as the ultimate safeguard against "AI obesity" and literalist machine failures. By intersecting deep technical foresight with corporate pragmatism, he transforms complex concepts like data sovereignty and autonomous workflows into actionable leadership frameworks for the modern digital stack.

Automation 101. Over the years, I have seen many automation projects fail for the same reason: teams try to automate the process before fixing it. The order should be simple: 🗑️ Eliminate what sho…

I recently spoke with a CTO who had deployed fourteen different AI agents across his customer service department in a single weekend. By Monday afternoon, he had turned twelve of them off.
The problem wasn't the code.
The problem was the "Context Gap."
We are currently in the middle of the Great AI Disconnect. Leaders are buying tools for speed, but they are inheriting a new kind of technical debt: the cost of uncoordinated intelligence. When your agents don't talk to your data, and your data doesn't reflect your current policy, you haven't built a solution. You've built a high-speed error generator.
This is what I call the Integration Invoice.
Every tool you add without a unified governance layer adds a hidden tax of manual oversight. You end up hiring more people just to watch the machines.
Autonomy without alignment is just expensive chaos. True scale happens when the system understands the rules as well as the engineer does.
The real winners of 2026 won't be the ones with the most agents. They will be the ones with the best orchestration.
👉 Is your team focused on adding more tools, or making the current ones work together?
