0 people tracking this creator on ViralBrain
This creator positions themselves as an operator translating frontier AI into real company workflows, not merely commenting on models. Their content centers on practical experimentation with agents, Codex, Slack, Notion, benchmark tools, evals, and token budgets, showing how AI can reshape product management, learning, and organizational economics. What distinguishes them is the combination of technical fluency and candid self-documentation: they openly share what works, what remains confusing, and how their own company is adapting. Their work also sits at an unusual intersection of product building, internal consulting, and public thesis-making, connecting hands-on tools like Checks with broader ideas about careers, creativity, and the future of work.

I guess this is as good a way as any to announce that I'm now the Head of Evals at Every Inc.

I'm not a journalist, so when I was told I'd be interviewing GitHub's COO I made an AI version of them to practice on. Studies have shown that AI agents can replicate real human responses to 85% accu…

The following is an original demonstration using the broad structural and linguistic traits identified above. It is not a reproduction of any one supplied post, person, or exact wording.

I've been using an agent to keep track of customer feedback for the last few weeks, and it has completely changed how I think about research.
Before this I would take notes in calls, put a few things in a doc, and then forget where any of it came from. Every new conversation created more admin and made the eventual synthesis harder.
Now I just tell the agent to listen to the notes from the call and pull out the problems people actually mentioned. It puts them into a page with the customer, the relevant quote, how often we've heard the issue, and any existing ticket that looks related.
I haven't built some elaborate system for this. I gave it access to the places where the information already lives and asked it to make a skill for the workflow. It made one. I still don't really know what's inside it, which is probably healthy.
At the end of the week I ask it to group everything by theme and show me what changed since the previous week. Sometimes the output is wrong, but even when it is, it gives me a much better starting point than a blank document.
The best part is that the whole team can add context in the same place. An engineer can paste in a bug, someone in sales can add a customer request, and I can ask the agent to connect them later. We don't need everyone to learn a new process or remember which spreadsheet is supposed to be canonical.
This is the part of AI adoption that seems underrated to me. The value isn't always a magical answer. Sometimes it's removing the small amount of organizational work that keeps everyone from doing the important work.
You could build this with a bunch of different tools. The specific agent isn't the point. The point is having something that remembers the process, keeps the information organized, and gives you a useful first draft when you need it.
If your customer feedback is currently spread across docs, Slack, and people's heads, this is probably a good place to start.
