LinkedIn Premium All-in-One bundles sales, marketing and hiring for $89.99 a month. What is inside, what the credits are really worth, and who should skip it.

LinkedIn launched Premium All-in-One on September 9, 2026, and the pitch is simple: one subscription instead of three. Sales prospecting, post boosting, and hiring in a single plan aimed at small business owners who do all three jobs themselves.

At $89.99 a month it looks like a bargain, because the monthly credits inside it add up to $100. That arithmetic is real, and it is also the part most worth thinking about before you buy, because a credit is only worth its face value if you would have spent the money anyway.

Here is what is in the bundle, what it costs in each currency, how it compares to buying Sales Navigator on its own, and the specific cases where it is the wrong purchase.

What is LinkedIn Premium All-in-One?

Premium All-in-One is a LinkedIn Premium tier that combines sales, marketing, and hiring tools in one subscription, sold per license and aimed at small businesses.

LinkedIn's own framing is that its tools "were historically spread across multiple products, each optimized for different workflows and customer segments." An owner who wanted to prospect, promote a post, and hire had to buy from three different places. All-in-One collapses that into one plan with one bill.

The company points at a specific audience signal for why it built this: "60% growth of global members on LinkedIn adding 'founder' to their profile." The product is built for people who are the sales team, the marketing team, and the hiring manager at the same time.

It also includes an AI feature that infers your target audience if you are new and have no activity history. Notably, LinkedIn says the model "selects from existing LinkedIn taxonomy categories, ensuring consistency with downstream systems and reducing the risk of irrelevant or unsafe recommendations." It picks from a fixed list rather than inventing audience descriptions, which is a deliberate constraint rather than a limitation.

What is actually in the bundle

Three pillars, each of which used to be a separate purchase.

PillarWhat you get
Sales15 daily suggestions for prospective clients, unlimited advanced search, 30 InMail credits monthly, real-time insights for outreach
Marketing$50/month in post boosting credits, trending post curation, business highlighting on your profile, automatic follow invitations
Hiring$50/month in hiring credits through LinkedIn Hiring Pro, for screening and shortlisting candidates

There is also a single Premium dashboard and AI-generated guidance across the three areas.

The sales pillar is the recognizable one: it is a lighter version of what Sales Navigator does. The marketing pillar is credit toward boosting a post, which is LinkedIn's built-in paid amplification. The hiring pillar is credit toward LinkedIn Hiring Pro.

What is included in LinkedIn Premium All-in-One

What does LinkedIn Premium All-in-One cost?

Pricing is per license, before tax, and varies by region.

CurrencyMonthlyAnnual
USD$89.99$899.88
GBP£64.00£599.88
EUR€66,99€683,88
CADC$94.99C$995.89
AUDA$94.99A$995.89

Paying monthly for a year costs $1,079.88, so the annual plan saves $180, which works out to $74.99 a month.

New subscribers get $100 in post boosting and $100 in hiring credits for the first month, which LinkedIn describes as $200 total. That is double the standing monthly allowance in both categories.

One practical constraint: LinkedIn says the product is "currently available to a limited group" and "rolling out and available to select users." You may not be able to buy it yet even if you want it.

The credits math, and where it breaks

This is the part that decides whether the subscription is good value for you specifically.

You pay $89.99 a month. You receive $50 in post boosting credit and $50 in hiring credit, which is $100 in credits. On paper you are up $10.01 a month before you use a single sales feature.

That math only holds if you would have spent both amounts anyway. These are credits toward LinkedIn products, not cash and not a discount on anything else. Ask two questions honestly:

  • Would you have spent $50 a month boosting posts? If you have never boosted a post, the credit is not a $50 saving. It is an invitation to start spending on paid amplification, and boosting only pays off when the underlying post already works organically. Our guide to thought leader ads makes the same point about LinkedIn's other paid format: the ad cannot be better than the post underneath it.
  • Are you hiring right now? The $50 hiring credit is worth $50 if you have an open role this month. If you hire twice a year, ten of those twelve credits expire unused.

If the answer to both is no, you are paying $89.99 a month for the sales tools alone. That is still a defensible purchase, and the next section is how to judge it.

How it compares to Sales Navigator Core

If prospecting is the only pillar you need, the honest comparison is against Sales Navigator Core rather than against nothing.

Premium All-in-OneSales Navigator Core
Monthly$89.99$119.99
Annual$899.88$1,079.88
InMail credits per month3050
Post boosting credit$50/monthnone
Hiring credit$50/monthnone
Free trialYesYes, with conditions

All-in-One is $30 a month cheaper and gives you 20 fewer InMails. That trade is the whole decision for a sales-led buyer.

If your outreach volume is high enough to burn 30 InMails and keep going, Sales Navigator Core is the better tool despite costing more, and the extra credits in All-in-One will not compensate. If 30 InMails a month is more than you currently send, All-in-One is cheaper for the same job and the marketing and hiring credits are upside. InMail volume is the variable that settles it, so count what you actually send before you choose.

Worth noting for completeness: LinkedIn does not publish Premium Business pricing on its plans page, so a like-for-like comparison against that tier is not possible from public sources.

What LinkedIn claims it does, and how to read that

LinkedIn published results for members using the product:

  • 57% more monthly followers
  • 29% more monthly connections
  • 40% more profile views
  • 24% higher response rate
  • 61% more replies from prospects

Take these as vendor-reported figures. LinkedIn gives no methodology, no sample size, and no baseline, and the members in that group opted into a paid sales and marketing product, which selects for people already working at their LinkedIn presence. A tool that gets you 57% more followers than doing nothing is a different claim from one that beats an active free strategy, and only the first is supported here.

The underlying mechanics are not mysterious. More InMails sent produces more replies. Boosted posts reach more people. The LinkedIn algorithm rewards the same things it rewarded before you subscribed.

Who Premium All-in-One is for

The fit is narrower than "small business," and it is specific:

  • Owners who genuinely do all three jobs. If you personally prospect, post, and hire, the single bill and single dashboard remove real friction, and both credits get used.
  • Businesses hiring more than occasionally. The $50 monthly hiring credit is the least flexible part of the bundle, so it favors anyone with a steady trickle of roles.
  • People already spending on boosting. If post boosting is in your budget, the credit is a straight offset and the math genuinely works.
  • Anyone who wants LinkedIn to be the whole channel. All-in-One rewards concentrating on one platform, which is a strategy decision before it is a purchase.

Credibility compounds with all of this. A verified profile costs nothing and answers a question no subscription does, so get verified before you pay for reach.

Who should skip it

Being direct, because the bundle's structure makes some buyers worse off:

  • High-volume outreach teams. 30 InMails is the ceiling. Sales Navigator Core gives 50 for $30 more, and there are cheaper dedicated prospecting tools if search rather than InMail is the bottleneck.
  • Anyone not hiring. A quarter of the headline value is hiring credit. If you have no roles open, price the bundle as a $89.99 sales tool and compare it on that basis alone.
  • Teams rather than individuals. Pricing is per license, and LinkedIn publishes no team discount. Five people means five subscriptions.
  • Anyone whose organic posting is not working yet. Boosting credit amplifies whatever you already publish. If your unboosted posts get no engagement, paying to show them to more people spreads the problem rather than fixing it. Fix the posts first, using what the algorithm rewards and a repeatable content calendar.
  • Companies whose real gap is reach through employees. If you have staff who could post, employee advocacy buys more distribution per dollar than boosting one owner's posts.

The part no subscription solves

Every pillar of All-in-One multiplies something you already have. The sales tools find more people to message, but the message is yours. The boosting credit buys more eyes on a post, but the post is yours. Neither improves the thing being amplified.

That is the honest limit of the product, and it is not a criticism of it. Before paying to distribute your posts more widely, it is worth checking that they hold up: the free post preview and readability score tools need no account and will tell you in a minute whether a draft is ready to put money behind. Building a personal brand worth amplifying is the slower half of the work, and no bundle shortens it.

FAQ

How much does LinkedIn Premium All-in-One cost?

$89.99 per month or $899.88 per year in the United States, per license and before tax. Other published prices are £64.00 monthly or £599.88 annually, €66,99 monthly or €683,88 annually, and C$94.99 or A$94.99 monthly. Paying annually saves $180 against twelve monthly payments.

What is included in LinkedIn Premium All-in-One?

Three groups of tools. Sales: 15 daily prospect suggestions, unlimited advanced search, and 30 InMail credits a month. Marketing: $50 a month in post boosting credits, trending post curation, and automatic follow invitations. Hiring: $50 a month in credits toward LinkedIn Hiring Pro.

Is LinkedIn Premium All-in-One better than Sales Navigator?

It depends on your InMail volume. All-in-One costs $89.99 against Sales Navigator Core at $119.99, but gives 30 InMail credits a month instead of 50. If you send fewer than 30 InMails a month, All-in-One is cheaper for the same work plus marketing and hiring credits. If you send more, Sales Navigator Core is the better fit.

Does LinkedIn Premium All-in-One have a free trial?

Yes. LinkedIn offers a trial, and new subscribers receive $100 in post boosting credits and $100 in hiring credits in their first month, which is double the standing monthly allowance in each category.

Can anyone subscribe to Premium All-in-One?

Not yet. LinkedIn describes it as "currently available to a limited group" and says it is "rolling out and available to select users," so availability depends on your account and region.

Are the monthly credits worth $100?

Only if you would have spent that money on LinkedIn anyway. The $50 boosting credit and $50 hiring credit apply to LinkedIn products, not as a discount on the subscription or as cash. If you are not boosting posts and not hiring this month, treat the subscription as a $89.99 sales tool when judging value.

Is Premium All-in-One available for teams?

Pricing is stated per license and LinkedIn publishes no team or company discount, so each person needs their own subscription.

What does the AI target audience feature do?

For new subscribers with no activity history, it infers an initial target audience from profile, company, and product information. LinkedIn says the model "selects from existing LinkedIn taxonomy categories" rather than generating free-form descriptions, which keeps the output consistent with its ad and search systems.
