I’m partnering with a high-growth, Series B fintech scale-up that is looking for a People Lead to join their London headquarters. This is a pivotal hire as they look to double their engineering headcount over the next 12 months while maintaining their unique, high-performance culture.

The role is a blend of strategic org design and hands-on operational delivery. You’ll be working directly with the Founders to build out the talent framework, refine their performance cycles, and ensure the people infrastructure is ready for international expansion.

Proven experience in a fast-paced tech startup (ideally sub-150 headcount)

A data-driven approach to People Ops and engagement

Experience coaching first-time managers and scaling leadership capability

Comfortable 'rolling up your sleeves' to get the basics right first

📍 London (hybrid - 3 days in office)

💰 £75k - £85k + equity
