Guillaume Moubeche positions himself as a high-stakes operator-investor who bridges the gap between the gritty reality of scaling a SaaS and the sophisticated world of late-stage private equity. His content strategy centers on "de-risking" the path to massive scale, using his podcast, BILLIONS, to extract tactical playbooks from elite founders while offering transparent, often contrarian takes on capital efficiency and investment structures. What makes him notable is his shift from early-stage angel investing to advocating for late-stage secondaries, where he leverages his founder background to demystify complex cap tables and institutional gatekeeping. By blending operational transparency with financial education, Guillaume provides a rare "insider’s look" at how $100M+ ARR companies reinvent themselves, making him a vital voice for founders transitioning from building a product to managing significant wealth.

I recently saw an “influencer” saying that the “top” CEOs were working on average 115 hours a week 🤦♂️ On top of being completely inaccurate (latest studies from Harvard show that it’s around 62.5…

I spent 2019 chasing mentors. Sent cold emails to successful founders I admired. Got a few meetings. You know what they told me? - “You should read my book” - “Did you watch my last talk?” - "Just…

Most people think that "experience" is the best teacher in business.
It's not.
Reflecting on your mistakes is the teacher. Experience alone just makes you old.
I've spent the last 12 years building companies, and for the first 8, I made the same three mistakes over and over again.
I thought I was "learning." I was actually just surviving.
Then I changed how I look at my weeks.
The result?
Revenue tripled. My stress levels halved. And I finally stopped hiring people who were just like me.
1/ Stop "doing" and start "designing."
If you're still the one making every small decision, you haven't built a business. You've built a job that you can't quit.
--> Design systems that work while you sleep.
2/ Your "gut feeling" is usually just your ego.
Data doesn't have an ego. If the numbers say the product is failing, stop trying to "hustle" your way out of it.
Pivot. Fast.
3/ The "loneliness" of leadership is a choice.
You're not lonely because you're a founder. You're lonely because you're not being vulnerable with your peers.
Find a circle that's two steps ahead of you.
I talk about this in depth in the latest episode of BILLIONS with my guest this week --> https://lnkd.in/example
Enjoy ✌️
