This creator positions himself as a practical AI agency operator and mentor who helps aspiring builders turn emerging tools into revenue, not just technical knowledge. His content centers on action over tutorial consumption, with recurring themes of niche selection, value-based pricing, outbound systems, voice AI, and proof-driven client acquisition. He stands out by combining tactical builds, such as AI phone agents using Claude, n8n, and calendar integrations, with candid mindset critiques and detailed student case studies. The strongest intersection is education fused with transparent implementation: workshops, videos, and community stories are designed to teach while generating real-world agency opportunities and documenting the process.

I used to think the hardest part of starting an AI agency was learning the tools.
Claude. n8n. Voice AI. Automations.
Every week there was something new to learn.
So I kept learning.
And somehow, I still wasn't getting clients.
The problem wasn't that I needed another tutorial.
It was that I was using learning to avoid the part that actually mattered.
Talking to businesses.
I had an offer, but it was too broad.
AI automation for businesses.
That doesn't mean anything to a business owner.
They don't wake up wanting automation.
They wake up with missed calls, slow follow-up, admin work, and employees wasting hours on things that should already be handled.
Once I understood that, the offer got simpler.
One type of business.
One expensive problem.
One clear outcome.
For local service businesses, that might be missed calls.
A roofer misses 15 calls a month.
The average job is worth £2,000.
That's £30,000 in missed revenue every month.
You don't need to explain every tool you're using.
You need to show them what the problem is costing them.
Then show them how you fix it.
That's the difference between selling AI and selling an outcome.
The next problem was outreach.
I was sending generic messages to everyone.
Hey, I help businesses use AI. Let me know if you're interested.
No reason to reply.
No proof I understood their business.
No reason to believe I could help.
So I changed the message.
I recorded short Loom videos for businesses in one niche.
I showed them where leads were being lost.
I explained what I would fix.
And I gave them a simple next step.
Not a long pitch.
Not a list of every tool I knew.
Just the problem, the impact, and the next action.
That changed everything.
The goal isn't to look like the smartest person in the room.
It's to make the business owner see something they were already losing money on.
You don't need more information.
You need a narrower offer and a reason to send the first message.
Pick one type of business.
Find one problem that costs them money.
Build the simplest version of the solution.
Then talk to the people who have that problem.
That's it.
Comment "START" and I'll send you the exact outreach structure I use.
Make sure we are connected.
