Steelbird International is seeking a seasoned Senior Production Engineer to oversee our manufacturing lines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in optimizing production cycles and ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment.

✅ Managing daily production targets and workforce allocation

✅ Implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor

✅ Reducing cycle times and minimizing material wastage

✅ Coordinating with the Quality team to ensure zero-defect output

🔸 B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Production Engineering

🔸 8–10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing

🔸 Strong knowledge of rubber molding or plastic injection processes

🔸 Proven leadership skills with a focus on shop-floor discipline
