✅ Managing daily production targets and manpower allocation

✅ Implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices on the shop floor

✅ Coordinating with the Quality team to minimize rejection rates

✅ Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and ISO standards

🔸 B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

🔸 8–10 years of experience in automotive production

🔸 Strong knowledge of shop floor management and process optimization

🔸 Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
