Daisy Ilaria positions herself as a relatable future-of-work architect, blending her deep expertise as a talent partner with a raw, "build-in-public" vulnerability. Her content strategy centers on the democratization of high-level professional success, frequently using her own journey—from dental assistant to global speaker—to dismantle the "perfection barrier" for her audience. She is notable for her pragmatic embrace of AI as a creative partner, moving past the typical fear-based narrative to frame automation as a tool for reclaiming human empathy and critical thinking. By intersecting HR tech advocacy with neurodivergent transparency, she creates a unique value proposition where workplace culture isn't just about software and systems, but about the messy, imperfect human growth that powers them.

Writing style breakdown
Conversational, warm, and very human.
Professional enough for LinkedIn, but distinctly casual and informal.
Vulnerable and self-disclosing (shares fears, rejections, insecurities).
Motivational and encouraging, often ending in a reflective or empowering note.
Occasionally promotional (for tools/companies) but still written in the same personal, conversational voice.
Strongly persuasive, but in a friendly “I’ve lived this” way rather than a hard-sell style.
Medium-to-high energy, with bursts of excitement.
Example: “IT'S HEREEE...!” or “Mind blown.”
Uses emotional contrast a lot: moves from stuck/frustrated/afraid to empowered/hopeful/curious.
Often reflective and introspective when speaking about personal growth (TEDx, rejection, career journey).
Uses humour and light swear words to keep things grounded and relatable.
Why…? I don’t see the point
So, what could it be?
What’s the worse that can happen...?
Direct audience engagement: talking to the reader as if they’re a friend on a call.
Resisting AI… is like a chef refusing to use an oven…
They just want content. From YOU. And for you to share YOUR lessons and YOUR expertise.
I went to speech therapy at 4 years old for a stutter. I was painfully shy.
I enrolled in a Uni and chickened out and never attended.
They just fucking POSTED.
this shit works.
kinda fucking sucks.
just frickin' amazing.
Heavy use of second person (“you”) and first person (“I”) together, creating intimacy and relatability.
Common pattern: I-story → then turn it into a you-lesson.
Direct: “So, go bloody do it.” / “Get your notes app… and write something… I dare you.”
Softer: “Just a thought I'm playing with for the new year…” / “So, honest question to yourself:”
Write as if sending a voice note to one slightly overwhelmed, smart friend.
Use “you” constantly, tie your own story to what “you” (the reader) might be feeling or doing.
Allow mild swearing and slang to appear at key emotional points, but not every sentence.
Mix vulnerability (“here’s where I struggled”) with empowerment (“here’s what changed and what you can do too”).
