The power of a full-circle moment never fails to surprise me.
12 years ago, I was a junior recruiter in a small office in Dublin, trying to figure out the difference between a 'good' candidate and a 'great' one. Back then, I was more worried about hitting my weekly KPIs than I was about the philosophy of leadership!
This week, I had the absolute privilege of returning to that same building—now a thriving tech hub—to facilitate an #ExecutiveDevelopment session for 25 senior leaders.
We dove deep into the Multipliers framework, exploring how the best leaders don't just provide answers, but provoke the right questions.
Meet one of our standout participants, Sarah Jenkins. Sarah is a Director of Operations based in London, UK.
In their own words: "Returning to the fundamentals of 'Listening First' was exactly what I needed this quarter. The L7 Dev Days program has given me a fresh lens through which to view my team's growth and our scaling mechanisms. I'm already seeing the impact in our weekly syncs!"
It’s a humbling reminder that while our titles change and our responsibilities grow, the core of what we do remains the same: people.
Thanks to everyone who brought such incredible energy to the room. (And a special thanks to the barista downstairs who still remembers my coffee order after all these years!).
