21 people tracking this creator on ViralBrain
With nearly 9.1 million followers, he positions himself as a human-centered leadership thinker, translating purpose, optimism, and responsibility into language that feels accessible beyond the corporate world. His content centers on practical emotional and organizational guidance: reframing identity as changeable behavior, balancing idealism with pragmatism, building cohesive teams, and making technology more respectful. The recurring “A Bit of Optimism” clips give these ideas a conversational, psychologically grounded entry point, while 30-day sprints and day-in-the-life examples turn inspiration into action. His distinctive edge is the intersection of big-picture purpose and usable workplace practice, amplified through podcasts, conferences, and candid conversations with founders and experts.

Culture isn’t what you say you value, it’s how people behave. Values only work when they’re written as actions, not ideals. Reward the behavior, and the culture follows. Video from Urban Land Institu…

Most people think confidence comes before the difficult conversation.
Usually, it comes after.
Before you speak up, you may feel nervous, underprepared, or tempted to wait until you have the perfect words. That doesn’t mean you’re making the wrong choice. It may just mean the conversation matters.
A leader I admire once told me that courage is not the absence of discomfort. It’s the decision to move forward while discomfort is still in the room.
I like that distinction because it takes the pressure off.
You don’t need to feel fearless before you give honest feedback. You don’t need to have every possible response prepared before you ask for what you need. And you don’t need to turn a hard conversation into a performance.
You need to be clear about what you’re trying to say.
You need to be willing to listen.
And you need to remember that the goal is not to win the conversation. It’s to make the relationship, the team, or the work a little better on the other side of it.
I want to talk about something that’s been on my mind.
I may not say this perfectly, but I think it’s important.
Those sentences don’t solve everything. They do create a place to begin.
What conversation have you been postponing because you’re waiting to feel ready?
