I’ve been thinking a lot about the gap between 'knowing' and 'doing' in our industry.

Most of us know exactly what’s wrong with our products. We see the friction. We hear the user complaints. We have the data.

But knowing isn't the same as solving.

The hardest part of design isn't the pixels or the prototypes. It's the alignment. It's the grueling work of getting five different departments to agree on a single priority and then staying focused long enough to actually ship it.

That’s where the real magic happens. Not in the brainstorm, but in the follow-through.
