AI is not a tool. It's a new layer of the internet.

I spent the weekend looking at the growth of 'Agentic' workflows, and the numbers are staggering.

Most people are still using AI like a calculator.

You type a prompt, you get an answer.

But the leaders are using AI like a manager.

You give a goal, the AI builds the plan.

1️⃣ From Prompting to Orchestrating

In 2023, we learned how to talk to the model.

In 2025, we are learning how to make models talk to each other.

2️⃣ From Static to Dynamic

Old software follows a path.

Agentic AI finds the path.

If a tool breaks, the agent finds a workaround without asking you for help.

3️⃣ From Output to Outcome

We used to care about the 'text' the AI wrote.

Now we care about the 'task' the AI finished.

The internet gave us access to information.

Generative AI gave us access to intelligence.

Agentic AI gives us access to labor.

We are moving from the 'Search' era to the 'Execute' era.

The question isn't 'Can AI do this?'

The question is 'How many agents are you running?'
