Most people think AI is a search engine.
It’s not.
It’s a reasoning engine.
If you treat it like Google, you get average results.
If you treat it like a brilliant intern, you get leverage.
I realized this after trying to build my first AI-driven roadmap.
I was asking: "What are the trends for 2026?"
The output was generic. It was boring.
So I changed my approach.
I stopped asking for answers and started asking for logic.
Here is the 3-step framework I use to get 10x better outputs: 👇
1️⃣ Context Priming
Don't just give a prompt. Give a persona and a goal.
You are a Senior PM at a Tier-1 tech company. Your goal is to find gaps in this strategy.
2️⃣ Iterative Prompting
Never settle for the first response.
Ask the AI to critique its own work and find 3 weaknesses.
3️⃣ The "Why" Loop
Ask the AI to explain the reasoning behind its suggestion.
This is where the real insights are hidden.
AI isn't about the tools you use.
It's about the way you think.
The gap between "using AI" and "mastering AI" is just better questions.
Which step are you missing in your workflow? 👇
