Artem Zakharov positions himself as a pragmatic optimist and empathetic founder who bridges the gap between AI-driven market anxiety and actionable career strategy. His content centers on the "human side of automation," utilizing proprietary data insights-such as interview conversion rates for remote versus hybrid roles-to debunk myths and provide a realistic roadmap for the 2026 job market. What makes him notable is his refusal to sugarcoat the "AI-exposed" reality; instead, he advocates for a shift from task execution to verified impact and outcome ownership. This intersection of high-growth AI product development and radical transparency creates a unique value proposition where he acts as both a technical builder and a vocal advocate for the 76,000+ individuals navigating modern layoffs.

The "hidden" job market isn't a secret club. It's just a lack of documentation.
Most people think companies hide roles to save money or hire friends. Sometimes. But usually, it's because writing a job description is a chore that nobody wants to do on a Monday morning.
I've seen this from both sides.
As a founder, I know we often have a "need" months before we have a "posting." We talk about the role in meetings, we describe the ideal person to our network, and we wait for someone to appear.
If you wait for the LinkedIn notification, you're already late.
↳ 70-80% of jobs are never published on public boards.
↳ Referrals have a 50% higher conversion rate to hire than cold apps.
↳ The "perfect" candidate often reaches out before the "perfect" JD is even drafted.
So, how do you access a market that doesn't technically exist yet?
1
Stop searching for titles and start searching for problems. Look for companies that just raised a round, launched a new product, or lost a key executive. They have problems. They need people.
2
Build in public. When you share your process, your wins, and even your failures, you're writing a live job description for yourself. You make it easy for a founder to say, "That's the person we were talking about in the meeting."
It's about being visible where the conversations are happening, not just where the ads are running.
Are you currently applying to "active" roles, or are you spending time reaching out to companies before they post?
