i finally stopped fighting the context window and just let the agent be "forgetful" on purpose.
it sounds counterintuitive.
we are all obsessed with "infinite context."
the more your agent remembers, the more it hallucinates the wrong priorities.
so i built a "memory-hygiene" protocol.
it forces the agent to summarize the last 10 steps, kill the fluff, and only keep the "state of truth" before it moves to the next loop.
it's like a human taking a deep breath before a meeting.
i pushed the logic to the framework today.
if you are using Claude Code or any loop-based setup, you need this.

it will inject the hygiene-check into your system prompt.
no more loops that go nowhere.
