LinkedIn Content Strategy & Writing Style
CTO & Co-Founder at DoubleLoop (acquired by Mixpanel)
1 person tracking this creator on ViralBrain
Sumit Gupta positions himself as a seasoned technical leader who bridges the gap between high-level product strategy and the messy realities of engineering execution. His content strategy centers on the transition from deterministic software to the unpredictable nature of AI agents, frequently using the metaphor of "managing a junior human" to simplify complex technical hurdles. What makes Sumit notable is his ability to blend the authority of a successful founder-CTO with a pragmatic, human-centric approach to AI development. By intersecting his recent acquisition by Mixpanel with deep dives into agentic quality, he offers a unique value proposition that focuses on scaling impact through operational transparency rather than just technical hype.

What a journey. I'm proud to share that DoubleLoop is joining Mixpanel! We've poured so much into building a product that helps teams connect their work to real impact, and now we get to scale that vi…
This is (at least currently) dead-on. The delta between "that's an awesome demo" and "production-ready" with agents of any real complexity can be challenging to bridge. When building agents, you're n…
If you're working even tangentially around AI this worth a watch. I'd even argue if you're just a general AI user this is valuable to watch. To be really honest, I originally started watching to th…

Writing style breakdown

The gap between a "cool AI prototype" and a system that actually survives contact with users is wider than most people realize. It's easy to get a model to give a great answer once, but getting it to do it ten thousand times without losing the plot is the real work.
When I'm refining our internal tools, I stop thinking about "prompt engineering" and start thinking about "onboarding." If I were hiring a person to do this task, what context would they lack? I wouldn't just give them a manual and walk away. I'd give them a sandbox, a few examples of what "good" looks like, and a way to ask for help when they get stuck.
If you're struggling to move past the demo phase, try treating your agent like a smart intern rather than a broken calculator. It changes how you build.
