There is a quiet revolution happening in how we work.

It’s not on the news.

It’s not in the quarterly reports.

It’s in the small rooms.

Last week I sat with 12 founders in a circle.

No laptops. No slide decks. No 'five-year plans'.

We talked about the things that actually keep us awake at 3am. The fear of being found out, the weight of responsibility, and the strange loneliness of leading a team.

It turns out that when you stop trying to be a 'leader', you actually start leading.

We’ve been taught that business is a game of chess. Strategic, cold, and calculated.

But I’ve come to realise it’s much more like a dance.

It requires presence, rhythm, and the willingness to look a bit silly while you find your feet.

You can’t automate trust.

You can’t outsource empathy.

And you certainly can’t scale the magic that happens when humans truly see each other.

This is why we do what we do at Happy MBA.

We aren't interested in helping you build a unicorn. We want to help you build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Because what’s the point of winning the game if you lose yourself in the process?

Rebel against the noise.

Find your people.
