I used to think that "working hard" was the only variable that mattered in sales.
I was wrong.
Early in my career, I was the first one in and the last one to leave. I sent the most emails. I made the most calls. I lived in the CRM.
But my results were... fine. Just fine.
I felt like I was running uphill in a windstorm, wondering why the "top performers" seemed to be gliding.

I'm telling you to send 10 that actually land.
