I built a "Ghost Writer" roster in Claude that actually sounds like a human, not a corporate brochure.

It took 400+ iterations to get the temperature and the logic right. Now it handles my entire content calendar while I sleep.

The secret is not a better prompt. It is a 5-agent chain that critiques itself.

Most people ask Claude to "write a post." The result is a generic wall of text filled with "delve" and "tapestry." It is an instant skip for anyone with a brain.

I stopped asking for drafts. I started building a newsroom.

► The Architect: breaks the raw idea into a structural map

► The Voice Matcher: strips out the AI-isms and injects my specific vocabulary

► The Fact Checker: hunts for the specific numbers and data points that prove the claim

► The Editor: cuts 30% of the fluff and forces the staccato rhythm

► The QA Gate: reads the final draft and rejects it if it sounds like a robot

Each agent has one job. If the Editor fails, the QA Gate sends it back to the start. No human intervention needed until the final approval.

I used to spend 10 hours a week staring at a blank cursor. Now I spend 20 minutes reviewing the "Approved" folder.
