عايز تبني AI Agents بجد مش مجرد بتنادي على OpenAI API؟
الموضوع كبر وبقى فيه تفاصيل هندسية كتير بتفرق بين الـ "demo" والـ "production-ready system".
أولاً: الـ Planning و الـ Reasoning
لازم تفهم الفرق بين الـ Chain of Thought و الـ Tree of Thoughts و الـ ReAct. إزاي الموديل بيفكر قبل ما ياخد قرار، وإمتى بيحتاج يرجع في كلامه (backtracking) لو الـ tool طلعت نتيجة غلط.
ثانياً: الـ Tool Use و الـ MCP
مبقتش مجرد function calling. دلوقتي فيه الـ Model Context Protocol. لازم تعرف إزاي تبني servers بتسمح للـ agent إنه يقرأ من database أو ينفذ code في sandbox معزول بأمان.
ثالثاً: الـ Memory و الـ State Management
الفرق بين الـ Short-term memory (الـ context window) والـ Long-term memory (الـ vector database). إزاي بتعمل "summarization" للـ conversation عشان الـ agent ميتوهش منك لما الشات يطول.
رابعاً: الـ Evaluation و الـ Tracing
أهم مرحلة. إزاي بتعرف إن الـ agent بتاعك بقى أحسن؟ لازم تستخدم أدوات زي LangSmith أو Arize Phoenix عشان تشوف الـ trace وتعرف الـ agent وقع في أنهي خطوة بالظبط.
اللي بيفرق المهندس الشاطر هو إنه مش بينبهر بالـ "magic"، هو بيفكك الـ magic ده لـ components ويتحكم في كل جزء فيها.
