Vibe coding with Claude Code is incredible for 0 to 1. You type a prompt, you get a functional app. It feels like magic.
But magic doesn't scale.
Iโve spent the last month building complex agentic workflows, and Iโve noticed a pattern. The people failing are treating AI like a magic wand. The people winning are treating it like a high-speed junior dev that needs a very specific manual.
