𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝟯: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁. You build "Skills" and "MCPs" that connect Claude to your actual tools. This is where the AI starts doing the work while you sleep.
Most people are still at Layer 1. And that's okay—it's still early.
But if you want to move your team to Layer 3, you can't just give them a login. You have to give them a system.
