Alexandre Kantjas positions himself as a high-level AI implementation architect for operators who value execution over theory. His content strategy centers on the "harness" of AI—moving beyond basic prompting to showcase sophisticated, agentic workflows within tools like Notion, Attio, and Claude Code. He distinguishes himself by rejecting "AI slop" and generic templates, instead advocating for deeply customized systems that solve specific friction points in GTM and sales operations. By bridging the gap between technical documentation and business leadership, Alexandre serves as a bridge for leaders who need to transition from manual legacy processes to autonomous, agent-driven organizations.

I was still wasting 10 minutes after every sales call. Here's how I cut it to one command in Attio. Every (good) Sales call ends the same way: switch to CRM, type in the deal name, the amount, close…

Writing style breakdown

Most people are using AI as a better search engine. They're missing the point entirely.
The real shift isn't about getting answers faster. It's about moving from "doing the work" to "managing the work."
I call this the Operator's Pivot.
Last year, I was still manually cleaning every lead list. Exporting from Apollo, importing to Sheets, running 15 different filters. It took 2 hours every Sunday.
It was slow. It was boring. And it was a massive bottleneck for our sales team.
→ Step 1: The Trigger
Every time a new lead hits the CRM, a webhook fires. No manual export needed.
→ Step 2: The Filter
The AI doesn't just look at job titles. It reads the company's recent news, their latest funding round, and their current tech stack.
→ Step 3: The Output
It writes a 2-sentence summary of why we should reach out today. Not a generic template. A specific reason.
The result? 2 hours of work reduced to 0.
The AI does the "doing." I do the "deciding."
This is the difference between context dumping and building a system. One gives you more data. The other gives you more time.
If you're still doing manual data entry in 2026, you're not just slow—you're expensive.
