Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting our newly redesigned flagship store in London, a city that continues to be a global heartbeat for fashion and innovation.
It was a fantastic opportunity to see firsthand how our "CLAIM 5" strategy is coming to life in a retail environment. Walking through the space, I was struck by the seamless integration of digital touchpoints and personalized service. A store today must be more than a place to shop — it must be a destination that inspires and connects with our customers on an emotional level. Our London team has achieved exactly that.
What impressed me most was the energy of our people. I had the chance to speak with several of our style consultants who shared their insights on how consumer expectations are evolving. Their passion and dedication are the true drivers of our success. By listening to our customers and reacting with speed and agility, we are not just following trends; we are setting them.
This visit reinforces my confidence in our path forward. As we move from great to excellent, we will continue to invest in our distribution excellence to ensure that every interaction with BOSS and HUGO is world-class.
