<start of post> I was sitting in a boardroom in Manhattan last week when a CEO asked me the one question I dread: "How do we make our people more curious about AI?"

You don't need a "culture of curiosity."

You need a system of behavior.

We don't teach people how to use ChatGPT. We teach them how to think in a world where the "doing" is now free. We give them frameworks that replace their search-engine habits with collaboration-engine habits.

It's not a learning curve. It's a rewiring.
