It isn't.

Resilience.
The ability to keep shouting into the void.
I spent the morning looking at my Black List scores for 'Child Star' again. Top 25%. Affirming? Yes. But it doesn't change the fact that the 'void' is getting louder.
Build a personal brand.
Network until our eyes bleed.
Optimize for an algorithm no one understands.
But at the end of the day, we just want to tell stories.
