And I'm done being quiet about it.

Here's what actually happened —

I'd find a job post. Tick every single requirement. Sometimes exceed it by miles.

Unfortunately, we cannot move forward.

No call. No round. No reason.

Just an automated door shut on someone with 5 years of real, cross-domain experience.

I've worked at Experian resolving credit disputes under FCRA regulations.

Maintained a 100% quality score while processing ACDV cases at scale.

Before that — Amazon, TP, international IT sales processes.

I know Salesforce. I know CRM systems. I know what it means to handle 120+ escalations a day and still hit every KPI.

I'm not a fresher figuring things out.

I'm someone who has done the work — and I'm looking for a team that actually looks at the person behind the application, not just a filter on an ATS.
