I'm currently in Japan, wandering through the streets of Tokyo with nothing but a backpack and a sense of wonder. I've spent the last few days talking to robotics engineers who are building the future, and then disappearing into tiny ramen shops to talk to people who have lived here for 80 years. The contrast is beautiful.
Next, I'm heading to Kyoto to visit some of the ancient temples. As a fan of history, I want to sit in silence and try to understand the perspective of those who built these structures centuries ago. We have so much to learn from the past if we just stop to listen.
