The "perfect" sales script is a lie and most of you are falling for it
I saw a post today promising a 90% open rate if you just 'copy and paste' this one template.
I don't buy it
Scripts aren't something you can just plug in... you can't automate trust
You can always show up prepared.
You can build the process around the stuff that actually is controllable, and that's where I think you gain a real edge.
Research: knowing the problem before you pick up the phone
Empathy: listening more than you speak. Something you can work on.
Relevance: why them? why now? if you can't answer that, don't send it
Resilience: handling the "no" without losing your cool.
None of these come from a Template.
All of them take time, and they are more successful than any 'magic' script.
Don't necessarily believe everything you see online.
