When we first started talking about AI agents in L&D, the skepticism was loud. People worried that 'agentic' just meant 'automated'—and that automation would lead to lower quality.
The reality we're seeing is the exact opposite.
By offloading the manual heavy lifting to our Tutor and Edit agents, L&D teams aren't doing less work. They're doing better work. They're finally getting out of the weeds of content maintenance and into the rooms where strategic business decisions are made.
It’s a shift from being a 'content factory' to being a 'performance partner.'
