Christina Wodtke positions herself as a curious human who bridges the gap between high-level organizational strategy and the messy, iterative reality of modern creation. Her content strategy centers on the intersection of vibe coding and emergent design, moving away from rigid specifications toward a philosophy of building to think. She distinguishes herself by championing the work of others with high-signal curation while maintaining a transparent, "learn-in-public" ethos regarding new technologies like Claude Code. This unique blend of strategic OKR mastery and experimental building makes her a rare voice that values the psychological relationship with work as much as the technical output itself.

This is an insane opportunity and you should sign up if you are ready to have a better relationship with work. I can’t believe she’s doing this for free.

I’ll Know It When I Build It
This is an insane opportunity if you’re trying to have a better relationship with work.
I can’t believe she’s doing this for free.
Last week I found myself vibe coding a tiny personal OKR app. I’d start with a rough idea, look at what Claude Code produced, tweak it, add functionality, rearrange the layout—and then do it all again. The app emerged through conversation, not specification. I didn’t know what I wanted until I saw it. I thought I was done. then I saw one more edge case and suddenly I was back in the loop.
That loop is the point.
It’s also why some advice is ‘Very helpful’ and still breaks your brain a little bit. The breaking is not a bug. It’s your old mental model losing its grip. If you’re only consuming things that feel instantly smooth, you’re probably avoiding the exact material that would change your defaults.
start messy.
ask for a version, not the final.
keep the friction where it teaches you something.
write down what you meant after you see what you got.
don’t confuse clarity with correctness.
And yes, some of this will feel like you’re doing it wrong. That’s normal. The author who says ‘this should be effortless’ is usually skipping the part where they iterated in private for two years.
Amy is amazing and you want to hear her talk on just about anything!
Not because she’s loud about it. Because she’s precise about it. She can take a squishy feeling you’ve had for months and hand you a sentence that snaps it into focus. Then you notice you’ve been tolerating a weird amount of unnecessary stress, and you can finally name the knob you need to turn.
READ THIS TWICE.
If you’re building anything (a team process, a writing habit, a product, a life decision), you will hit the moment where you don’t know what you want until you see what you don’t want. That moment is information. Don’t rush past it. Don’t numb it out with another framework. Use it.
Very helpful but still broke my brain a little bit.
Good.
Please read.
Must read.
And if you do sign up, show up like you mean it. Bring the question you’ve been avoiding. Bring the messy draft. Bring the version you’re not proud of yet. That’s the one that turns into something real....
