Warm Analysis

Nicolas positions himself as a founder-analyst mapping the next layer of commerce, where retail media, generative AI and agentic advertising converge. Through Open Garden, his content dissects launches from ChatGPT ads and Carrefour’s conversational shopping to Magenta and Apostra, always translating technical developments into implications for budgets, workflows and market structure. His differentiator is a constructively skeptical, measurement-first lens: he questions whether AI visibility drives sales, separates attribution from incrementality, and highlights operational realities such as fragmented retailer consoles and immature APIs. He also bridges analysis and ecosystem-building by turning research, proprietary barometers and events like Retail Media Innovators into platforms for industry debate.
