Warm Analysis

This creator positions himself as a GTM engineer and open-source agent builder, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical systems for revenue teams. His content centers on code-first workflows, shared GTM context, agent skills, terminal-native productivity, and interfaces spanning Claude, Codex, Slack, Vercel, ElevenLabs, and herdr. What distinguishes him is the unusually tight loop between building, documenting, and distributing: plugins reach marketplace traction, while walkthroughs make sophisticated workflows installable in minutes. His work also sits at a compelling intersection of technical experimentation and GTM education, with transparent launches, hiring advice, community events, and free MIT-licensed tools reinforcing a builder-led personal brand.

Writing style breakdown

<start of post>

I stumbled onto a bigger problem as I was building /gtmskills – solving shared GTM context.

I've been building /gtmskills for a couple of weeks. The pitch is simply: a set of open source skills for GTM teams to use inside their Claude or Codex.

But as I was building it, I realized that these skills wouldn't be very useful without saving context about your company, yourself, your ICPs, your target personas, etc.

If you work single-player this isn't very hard – you just write a skill that makes your agent save a local folder and add some files.

But I wanted to aim higher and make this possible to use as a shared GTM context for entire GTM teams. Not just small teams, but even enterprises with suborgs that have different offers, different ICPs, and so on.

So I built it – all neatly encoded in the /gtmskills to help you set everything up, whether you want to work single player or multiplayer.

But what I then realized is that once you have this multiplayer setup, you don't have to keep it siloed to each team members' claude or codex anymore. With Vercel's Eve agent framework, you could deploy an agent, hook it up to your shared GTM context repo, and connect it to Slack for your whole GTM team to use.

So of course, I ended up building that too. It's really quite magical to tag @gtm-agent in your sales-channel to do some account research of a company, have it come back and share findings with the team. After chatting a bit, you might realize that you want to update your ICP based on these findings. All you have to do is tag @gtm-agent again to do that, and it'll get it done – all from Slack.

Everything is 100% free and open source - both /gtmskills that your GTM team can use for themselves in Claude or Codex, and gtm-agent which you can deploy on Vercel.

I'll be sharing more walkthroughs and tutorials soon – but I thought why not do a nice quick Friday launch in the meantime!

To install /gtmskills, simply run this in your terminal or ask your agent to help

"

npx skills add eliasstravik/gtmskills

"

To deploy the gtm-agent, send this to your agent

"

Please help me set up and deploy this Vercel eve agent – walk me through any steps I need to take. Here's the github owner/repo: eliasstravik/gtm-agent

"

Links to both repos in the comments as well.

Lmk if you want some help to set things up – always happy to chat!

Enjoy!
