Here's the trap. You build a cool demo in a weekend using a basic prompt, feel like a genius, then realize the moment a user asks a complex question, the agent loops until your API bill hits $400.

→ every run has a hard ceiling, so a hallucination doesn't drain your bank account

→ if confidence drops below 85%, the agent pauses and pings Slack for a human check

4️⃣ Context Pruning

→ you don't dump the whole manual into the prompt; you only feed it what it needs for that specific sub-task
