Building a business is about more than just the bottom line — it’s about the people you meet along the way.
I’ve just returned from a week in Singapore meeting with our local partners and the energy in the region is truly infectious. It reminded me of a lesson I learned early on: you can’t build a global brand from behind a laptop screen.
You have to show up.
Being there in person allowed us to have the kind of honest, deep-dive conversations that simply don't happen over Zoom. We talked about the future of talent, the impact of automation, and how we can continue to support our clients as they scale across APAC.
