Warm Analysis

Jacob Pegs positions himself as a systems-minded marketing operator helping solopreneurs and agency founders turn expertise into repeatable customer acquisition, backed by 352+ clients and $4.2M in wins. His content centers on practical, low-complexity engines - LinkedIn to email, $5 micro-offers, paid ads, nurture sequences, calendar links, and documented frameworks that let a business “remember” what its founder knows. He stands out by challenging status assumptions, showing that paid ads can work at $10-$20 per day and that a smaller, 3-day-week consultancy can be more successful than a larger agency. His work uniquely blends conversion strategy with intentional entrepreneurship, regularly connecting pricing and sales lessons to family, Cyprus, and the freedom his systems create.

Writing style breakdown

<start of post>

I’m working with an automation consultant who does 6 figures a year.

She’s been at it for 4 years.

Recently, she realized her pricing was telling a different story than the value she was actually bringing to the table.

Then a prospect asked a few questions & she started second-guessing the number.

This is where a lot of good consultants fold.

They assume hesitation means the price is “wrong”.

Usually it doesn’t.

Sometimes it just means the value hasn’t been anchored strongly enough yet.

So we tightened the proposal

clarified the deliverables

anchored the price

prepared for negative replies

improved the messaging

worked through the terms

The prospect came back with a few things they wanted adjusted.

At one point, she wanted to lower the price a little just to get the deal moving.

But she knew she’d resent delivering the work at that number.

So we added a minimum engagement price instead.

And sent the email.

Last week she posted in the Modern Maker wins channel

We got a $6k contract!

And we celebrated. 😊🙏

The lesson wasn’t “charge more.”

It was learning not to interpret every question or objection as a reason to discount.

Sometimes your pricing is fine.

You just need to hold the line long enough for the buyer to see the value too.
