Just wrapped an incredible few days in Singapore, exploring the edge of what’s possible at the intersection of AI, longevity, and planetary health. It’s a city-state that consistently feels like a living laboratory for the future.

What’s becoming clear is that we are moving past the era of 'digital health' as a silo—and into an era of 'integrated intelligence.'

Agentic Workflows: We are shifting from tools you 'use' to agents that 'collaborate.' This isn't just about efficiency; it's about expanding the ceiling of what a single clinician can manage.

Biological Digital Twins: The ability to model individual responses to therapy is moving from high-end research to clinical pilot programs.

The Longevity Economy: It’s no longer just about lifespan, but 'healthspan'—driven by multimodal data and proactive, rather than reactive, interventions.

The friction remains—policy, ethics, and the 'human-in-the-loop' necessity—but the momentum is undeniable. We are no longer waiting for the future; we are debugging it in real-time.
