I've spent the last three months rebuilding my entire stack from the ground up. Here is what I've learned

Focus on the boring stuff: Don't try to automate your creativity. Automate your data entry, your scheduling, and your research synthesis. That's where the 10x gains are.

Compound your prompts: One-off prompts are for amateurs. Build chains. Build systems where the output of one model is the refined input for the next.

Stay human: The more we automate, the more 'human' traits like empathy and intuition become the ultimate premium. Don't lose that.
