Warm Analysis

Leah Tharin positions herself as a high-level B2B growth strategist who has returned to her technical roots to navigate the "messy middle" of the AI revolution. Her content strategy centers on de-risking the intersection of AI and organizational truth, moving beyond hype to address the critical need for human-led context in automated systems. She is notable for her "builder-practitioner" transparency, often documenting her own experiments with LLMs and prompt engineering to solve granular product problems rather than just theorizing about them. By blending deep PLG frameworks with hands-on technical building, Leah offers a unique value proposition: she can critique a company’s Q3 strategy while simultaneously coding a heuristic evaluation tool to stress-test their website.

Writing style breakdown

<start of post>

I told everyone that AI agents would replace the need for "context management" by 2025.

Then I spent four hours yesterday manually tagging 1,200 markdown files because my "smart" agent thought a product roadmap was a grocery list.

Both things are true.

Here's the thing

We are currently in the "awkward teenage years" of the AI revolution. The tools have the capability of a genius but the attention span of a goldfish on espresso.

Gary from IT tells the board we are "AI-first."

The reality is we are "Copy-Paste-from-ChatGPT-and-Pray-first."

I'm tired of the hype. I'm tired of the "10x your workflow" threads written by people who haven't opened a terminal since 2018.

So I wrote a guide on what actually works when you're trying to build a system for truth, not just a system for generating plausible-sounding lies. It's about context. It's about the 35-year loop.

Read it here

(And yes, I used Claude to help me format the markdown files after I gave up. The irony is not lost on me.)
