Pierre Le Manh positions himself as a global statesman of execution, bridging the gap between high-level institutional leadership and the practical discipline of project management. His content strategy centers on the "macro-to-micro" value proposition, where he connects massive industrial shifts- such as the $700 billion federal procurement landscape or the 2.5 million-person construction talent gap- to the specific certifications and skills required to navigate them. He is notable for his radical transparency regarding internal transformation, frequently sharing PMI’s own AI adoption roadmaps and "walking the talk" to serve as a blueprint for other CEOs. This creates a compelling intersection of corporate advocacy and historical storytelling, where a visit to the White House or a New York skyscraper becomes a lesson in both heritage and the enduring necessity of disciplined governance.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit the new Global Innovation Center in Singapore. This facility is a testament to what happens when vision meets rigorous project execution.
The center spans over 50,000 square feet and was completed three months ahead of schedule, despite the complexities of the current global supply chain. It features state-of-the-art labs, collaborative workspaces, and a dedicated zone for AI research. Walking through the halls, you can feel the energy of a team that knows they are building the future.
At PMI, we often talk about the 'Project Economy,' but seeing it in action like this is different. It’s a reminder that behind every great innovation is a project manager who kept the team aligned, managed the risks, and stayed focused on the outcome.
➡️ Upskilling the next generation of digital leaders through our new AI-driven learning paths.
➡️ Strengthening the partnership between government and private industry to drive sustainable infrastructure.
➡️ Creating a 'community of practice' for project professionals in the ASEAN region.
The work being done here is not just about technology; it’s about people. It’s about creating the conditions where talent can thrive and where complex problems find simple, elegant solutions.
I’m sharing a few photos from the visit. The architecture is as inspiring as the work happening inside.
