Warm Analysis

This creator positions himself as an early agent-discoverability strategist, translating the shift from web search to AI-mediated buying into a new growth discipline: Agent Tool Optimization (ATO). His content centers on plugin and MCP discovery across ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, and other agent ecosystems, combining platform teardowns, prompt-level observations, competitive tracking, and practical guidance on making tools more useful, reliable, and recommendable. He stands out by treating agents as a distribution channel rather than merely a product feature, while grounding bold “SaaSpocalypse” predictions in live experiments and case studies like DirectBooker. The work neatly bridges research, education, and product-led consulting, using free access, launches, and evidence to build authority and demand.

Writing style breakdown

<start of post>

The agent era is changing how products get discovered.

People used to search Google, compare websites, click ads and then decide what to buy.

Now the agent can do most of that for them.

It can understand what they want, find the right product, compare the options and take the action without the user ever visiting your website.

That is a massive shift.

And most companies are still optimizing for the old world.

SEO helps you appear in search results.

AEO helps you appear in AI answers.

But neither one guarantees that an agent will choose your tool when the user is ready to act.

Because the agent does not just need to understand your content.

It needs to trust your tool.

It needs to know what actions you can take, how reliably you take them and whether you can actually complete the task without sending the user somewhere else.

This is why agent discoverability is becoming a new distribution channel.

Your product can now be recommended inside the conversation, at the exact moment someone is planning, buying or ready to act.

No search results page.

No directory that the user has to know exists.

No paid ad required.

But heres the catch

Being available is not enough.

Your connector has to be useful.

It has to do more than wrap your public website.

It has to provide better data, account access, faster actions, or a much simpler way to complete the task.

If users can search, book, buy, cancel or change something on your website, your connector should be able to finish that job too.

Otherwise the agent will just browse your website.

And if the agent can browse your website already, why would it choose your connector?

This is the part most companies are missing.

They are thinking about how to get mentioned by AI.

They should be thinking about how to get chosen by AI.

Those are not the same thing.

One is about being visible in an answer.

The other is about becoming the action layer between intent and transaction.

We've been tracking this shift across ChatGPT, Claude, Muse and other agent platforms.

The patterns are becoming clearer.

The tools that get recommended consistently are not always the biggest companies.

They are the tools that make the agent's job easier.

Clear descriptions.

Useful actions.

Reliable results.

Good recovery when something goes wrong.

Current documentation.

And a connector that actually finishes the task.

So if you want to win distribution in the agent era, start with three questions

Can an agent understand what your product does?

Can it match your product to the right user intent?

Can it complete the task without a needless handoff?

If the answer to any of those is no, you have work to do.

Because the next distribution battle will not just be about ranking websites.

It will be about becoming the tool agents trust to take action.

The companies that figure this out early will build a huge advantage.

And just like SEO, the companies that wait until everyone else is doing it will find the market much harder to win.

Comment below if you want to see how your product is currently being discovered by agents.
