If a single night of signals can forecast major diseases years ahead, we are looking at a new frontier in preventive medicine. But we are also staring directly at an ethical and policy gap that could harm people long before the disease ever does.

What SleepFM represents (and why it feels different)

Pascal BORNET pointed out something easy to miss: clinicians have collected sleep data for decades, but traditionally they only analyzed a fraction of it. The reason is not lack of interest.
